Our Grand Opening: Saturday, October 17 in Downtown Hollywood
After months of work, The Goodfellas opens to the public this Saturday, October 17, at 5 PM. We would love for you to be there.
Why this Saturday is special
October 17 is the third Saturday of the month, which means it is ArtWalk night in downtown Hollywood. From 6 to 10 PM the streets fill with art, live music and people walking from gallery to gallery. It felt like the right night to open our doors.
Walk the galleries, then come in for dinner. Or come in for dinner first and walk it off after. Either way, you will be right in the middle of it at 1917 Hollywood Blvd.
What to expect
A dark, warm dining room inspired by the great crime films, with tables named after the families you know from the movies. A menu of Italian classics made with ingredients from Italy: Neapolitan and deep dish pizza, lasagna della mamma, gnocchi, calzoni, Italian wine and real espresso.
What to order on opening night
If it is your first time with us, here is where to start:
The Corleone, our Margherita, to see what San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte taste like on a real Neapolitan crust. The Goodfellas, our signature pizza with crispy guanciale, egg cream and pecorino. The Lasagna della Mamma, made the way an Italian grandmother would make it. And cannoli to finish.
How to join us
Doors open at 5 PM. Reserve a table on our website, or simply walk in. Saturday will be busy with ArtWalk, so if you have a group, booking ahead is a good idea.
