Italian Restaurant in Hollywood, FL: Discover The Goodfellas

If you’re searching for an Italian restaurant in Hollywood, FL, you’ll find plenty of places that serve a plate of pasta. You’ll find far fewer that feel like a night out in Italy, with a little Hollywood-film drama thrown in. The Goodfellas, at 1917 Hollywood Blvd in Downtown Hollywood, is built to be both: a proper Italian kitchen and a room you’ll want to stay in.

Yes, we make pizza, and we’re proud of it. But The Goodfellas is a full Italian restaurant, with a menu that runs from antipasti to dolci and a wine list that stays Italian from first pour to last.

Italian Roots, Right on Hollywood Boulevard

The plaque in our dining room says it plainly: ristorante pizzeria 100% italiano. That’s the standard we cook to. Italian dishes, Italian wines, and the Italian habit of feeding people like family. Our motto says it better than any menu description could: Pizza. Family. Respect.

We sit between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, so whether you live in Hollywood or you’re making the drive from either direction, dinner is worth the trip.

What’s on the Menu

Here’s a look at how the menu moves through a classic Italian meal.

Pizza. Our signature. Every pie has a name, and each one comes in your choice of two crusts: Neapolitan or Deep Dish. There are fifteen to choose from, running from the Corleone to the Scarface, including pies topped with mortadella, burrata and crushed pistachio.

Antipasti. Start the table with burrata, caprese, bruschette, or a board of salumi and Italian cheeses. Think prosciutto, salame and speck alongside gorgonzola, Parmigiano, fontina and brie. It’s built for sharing.

Primi. For a first course that could easily be the main event, try the Lasagna della Mamma, baked until the béchamel browns and spills over the dish. Gnocchi, cannelloni and parmigiana round out the pasta side of the menu.

Calzoni. Folded, baked and named after the family: Don Vito, Michael, Sonny and Fredo. Come hungry.

Dolci. Save room. Sicilian cannoli filled with ricotta, chocolate chips and crushed pistachio are the obvious move, and the tiramisù, crostata and bonet make a strong case for ordering one of everything.

At midday, look for our panini XL and focacce, a good fit for a lunch break on Hollywood Blvd.

An Italian Wine List to Match

A good Italian meal deserves the right glass. Our cellar covers Italy region by region, with reds like Amarone and Barbera d’Alba, bubbles from Prosecco to Franciacorta, whites like Pinot Grigio and Vermentino, and Champagne for when the night calls for it. At the bar, you’ll also find an Italian Sunset Spritz, plus beer and cocktails.

More Than a Pizzeria
